Areas We Serve

Spring straddles Harris and Montgomery counties, and communities like Gleannloch Farms are built around a golf course with their own HOA architectural approval for backyard projects.

Counties: Harris & Montgomery counties

Local Notes

Gleannloch Farms routes pool and backyard plans through its HOA architectural review, and golf-course-adjacent lots there need drainage planned so runoff moves correctly relative to the course, both addressed in the design step. Older Spring and Klein-area neighborhoods outside the newer master-planned sections tend to have fewer restrictions but older drainage infrastructure worth checking before excavation.

Freezes are rare but not impossible in the Houston area; equipment and exposed plumbing should be freeze-protected (insulated or set to auto-circulate) for the handful of nights a year it actually matters.

How This Works as a Service-Area Business

Spring Pool Builders doesn't operate a storefront in each neighborhood listed above, pool builders work on-site at your property, not out of a retail location. We travel to every area listed here for site evaluations, construction, and service calls, with the same single-builder team handling the project start to finish regardless of which neighborhood it's in.

What a Site Evaluation Covers

Wherever your property falls within this area, the first visit covers the same ground: soil and drainage, existing structures or trees near the proposed footprint, utility and equipment access, and any HOA or permitting path specific to that neighborhood. That evaluation is what the Design & Planning step is built on, see Our Process.
