Gunite Pool Construction in Gleannloch Farms, TX
Poured-in-place concrete (gunite/shotcrete) pools, custom-shaped and engineered for Texas clay soils, built to last decades.
Why Gleannloch Farms Specifically
Gleannloch Farms is a golf-course community in Spring with equestrian-heritage roots and an HOA architectural review process for pool and backyard projects, with golf-course-adjacent lots needing extra drainage planning.
Gunite construction is engineered around the specific site conditions it's built over, which matters directly here: a shell designed for golf-course-adjacent drainage and sightlines is the standard approach rather than a generic footing, something only an on-site, hand-built shell can fully adjust to.
What This Service Covers
Gunite (shotcrete) is the standard for custom, long-lasting pools in the Houston area. A steel rebar cage is engineered to your yard, then gunite is sprayed over the structure and hand-troweled to your exact design, freeform or geometric, before plaster, pebble, or tile finishing.
Because the shell is formed on-site rather than dropped in prefabricated, gunite pools can be built to any shape, depth, or feature set: tanning ledges, swim-up bars, raised spas, negative-edge walls, and integrated water features all start as gunite.
Local Notes
Gleannloch Farms routes pool and backyard plans through its HOA architectural review, and golf-course-adjacent lots there need drainage planned so runoff moves correctly relative to the course, both addressed in the design step. Older Spring and Klein-area neighborhoods outside the newer master-planned sections tend to have fewer restrictions but older drainage infrastructure worth checking before excavation.
